You can request deletion of your Prediction account and associated personal data. This page describes how to submit a request and what we delete. It satisfies Google Play’s requirement for a publicly accessible data-deletion URL.
1. How to request deletion
Send an email from the address registered on your account (or explain if you no longer have access):
To: predictionsupport@einlogica.com
Subject: Prediction account deletion request
Include in the message:
- Your registered mobile phone number
- Your registered email address
- Your display name (as shown in the app)
- Confirmation that you want your account and personal data deleted
We may contact you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.
2. What we delete
After verification, we delete or anonymise, where applicable:
- Your account profile (name, mobile number, email, and password)
- Group membership and admin relationships tied to your mobile number
- Predictions, points, and leaderboard data linked to your account in groups
- Pending login OTP records and invite tokens associated with your account
3. What may be retained
- Groups you own: if you are the only admin, contact us — we may need to transfer ownership or close the group before deleting your account.
- Backups and logs: limited server backups or security logs may persist for a short period (typically up to 90 days) before automatic removal.
- Legal retention: information we must keep to comply with law or resolve disputes.
4. Processing time
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is finished or if we need more information.
5. Partial removal (leave a group only)
To leave a single prediction group without deleting your entire account, ask your group admin to remove you from the group in the app, or contact support with the group name.
6. Android app users
Uninstalling the app from your device does not delete your server-side account or data. You must submit a deletion request using the steps above.
