These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Prediction mobile application and web application (the “Service”) operated by Einlogica (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Prediction is a social prediction game. Users join groups, make predictions on sports fixtures, earn points based on group rules, and view leaderboards. Features may include group administration, invite links, championships, and related tools. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
2. Eligibility and account
- You must provide accurate registration information (name, mobile number, and valid email).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
- You must not share your account or impersonate another person.
- You must meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use online services (typically 13 or older).
3. Groups and conduct
- Group admins may approve, reject, or remove members according to in-app rules.
- You agree not to harass other users, cheat, manipulate scoring, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or harmed the Service or other users.
4. No gambling; entertainment only
The Service is for entertainment among private groups. It is not a gambling, betting, or real-money gaming platform unless explicitly stated otherwise by us in writing. Points and rankings have no cash value unless your group agrees separately outside the Service.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, software, logos, and content we provide, is owned by Einlogica or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.
6. Third-party content
Match schedules, team names, flags, and similar data may come from third parties. We do not guarantee accuracy or availability of such data. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. By using the Service you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EINLOGICA AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR INR 1,000 IF YOU USE THE FREE SERVICE).
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Einlogica from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Material changes will be indicated by an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
