Einlogica (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Prediction mobile application (Android) and web application at prediction.einlogica.com (together, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the Service.
1. Information we collect
When you register, sign in, or use the Service, we may collect:
- Account information: display name, mobile phone number, email address, and password you choose.
- Verification data: one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your email for login or registration verification.
- Game and group data: prediction groups you join or create, match predictions, points, leaderboard entries, group membership status, and related activity within those groups.
- Invite data: if you use a group invite link, we process the invite token to add you to the relevant group after you sign in.
- Device and app data: basic technical information needed to run the app (for example, app version and API requests). On mobile, we may store your last-used mobile number locally on your device for convenience (via the app’s local storage).
2. How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- Create and manage your account and authenticate you.
- Send email OTPs and password-reset messages related to your account.
- Operate prediction groups, scoring, leaderboards, and admin features (such as approving members).
- Respond to support requests and legal obligations.
- Improve reliability and security of the Service.
3. Where data is stored and processed
Account and game data are stored on servers used to host our API at predictionapi2.einlogica.com. Email delivery for OTP and account messages is sent through our configured mail service. By using the Service, you understand your data may be processed in jurisdictions where our hosting and service providers operate.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:
- With other members of a prediction group you belong to (for example, your name and scores visible in that group’s leaderboard or member list).
- With service providers that help us host the app, send email, or operate infrastructure, under obligations to protect your data.
- When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
5. Data retention
We retain your account and game data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. OTP records are removed after successful verification or expiry. You may request deletion of your account as described on our Data Deletion page.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us data.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights:

9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
